When u feel like someone is watching u your brain is usually right and about 3,000 people disappear in the u.s every year and where never found...anybody else just randomly feel eyes on them?

They are all involved. The less know, the known, and the most known. Some are involved less, some are involved more, it depends solely on how much allegiance they show, what they are willing to do to help keep certain things quiet. They hide behind those who are paid to protect them. And it helps them that we are so ignorant that we admire them for every move they make.
