Dear Diary,
So today I attempted to make Poha, Palak Saag and Alu chicken for the first time. It turned out really tasty. Learning to cook these things before marriage so thay I can eat tasty food at home there and impress my Bae and in laws with my skills 😂

its a traditional Bengali dish... Potatoes are fried first and cut in big pieces... I actually love the potatoes, it really tastes well after soaking in the flavour.
