Dear Diary,

im back here after a very long time. (nearly 1 year later.)

today i see i havent got any academic success yet after reading previous notes. but i see i have improved my life from another different paths. now i earn money.

as i failed to learn about or understand about feelings and emotions, i started to pursuing a diploma in psychology. its hard to manage my job, studies, workouts and diploma but, yes i have to find a way.

i want to find solutions to my problems one by one.

i think about me as a strong, independent, kind, energetic ,clever girl. but really i am? its a really big problem for me sometimes where is that just a feeling that i have about me or its a real truth.

🌱 Emotional Strength in a Girl
Being emotionally strong doesn't mean you never cry, never break down, or never feel lost. It means:
1. You keep showing up.
Even when life feels heavy. Even when the world feels confusing. You wake up, wash your face, and keep going.
2. You allow yourself to feel — deeply.
True strength is not pretending you're okay. It's saying: “I’m not okay, but I will be.”
Girls who feel deeply often have hearts that can carry oceans — and that’s a rare kind of strength.
3. You set boundaries.
You say no when you need to. You respect yourself enough to walk away from what doesn't value you — and that takes courage.
4. You forgive (but don’t forget your worth).
You let go, not because they deserved it, but because you deserve peace.
5. You believe in your future.
Even when things fall apart, you hold onto that quiet belief that something beautiful is still possible for you.

💪 Physical Strength in a Girl
Physical strength isn’t just muscles or how much weight you can lift — though those are valid too! It’s about how connected you are to your body and what you do with it.
1. Caring for your body.
Moving it with intention (walking, dancing, stretching, exercising).
Feeding it with love, not shame.
Resting it without guilt.
2. Endurance.
Being able to go through long days, pain, or discomfort — whether it’s periods, sickness, or exhaustion — and still rise.
3. Confidence in your skin.
Whether you’re tall, short, curvy, lean, scarred, or smooth — you own your body and its story.

💫 What Matters Most When It Comes to Girls Being Strong?
Self-respect – not settling for less than you deserve.
Resilience – bouncing back, slowly but surely.
Gentleness – with yourself and others, even in pain.
Clarity – knowing your “why,” even if others don’t understand it.
Voice – speaking your truth, even if it trembles.

💖 A strong girl is…
Not one who always wins, but one who always tries again.
Not one who hides her pain, but one who transforms it.
Not one who conforms, but one who honors who she truly is.
