One doesn't know what to write about. About feelings of loneliness or feelings of regret about what one did yesterday. One is sinking in feelings of despair, feeling powerless and vulnerable. Feeling insecure as if one is inferior or inadequate. Inadequate because one is unable to fulfill ones own needs. Inferior because one feels behind people one is surrounded by.
