If you want to achieve someting you need to find your why. Why do you want to acomplish your goal? Without a why that drives you, you will forget to work on your goal.
My why is the realisation that if I don't change the why I use and make food and meals that I am setting my daughters up for failure and abuse.
Women aren't allowed to be "fat". Yes we can see some changes here and there, I am following what is going on in the world I'm not blind. Plus sized ladies are being more accepted in the Fashion and Advertisement industrie, at the moment. We all know that that can change.
So my why is I need to change, so that I can be a true role model for my daughters, so that they can learn how to keep themselves healthy. If they become curvey or not, I want them to be healthy! I know first hand that being obese brings a ton of health problems.
Insulin resistance, depression, Rhumatisim, pain, ow self worth etc etc. Things I don't wish for strangers so why want them for my kids? I can still help them change, I can still show them how it works the right way, I can still teach them how to take care of themselves. I can teach myself how to live a happy healthy life, and at the same time show them how it works.
