I'm not sure that I am the online Diary typ, but I want to give it a go. I am 44 and old school. I usually use pen and paper. Except with the old school way I am the only one that reads it. This modern way the whole world can read it, if I choose..
I want to track my weight loss and exercise progress online in this diary. I want to share my story while I am living it, doing it, experiencing it. I want to share my highs, lows, failures and successes.
I have a lot of weight to lose. I need to lose at least 49 kilos, if I want to come down to my ideal weight I need to lose 64 kilos. That's a weight span of a small child to average Adult!
My starting weight is 139.8 Kilos.
I don't know exactly how much body fat % or muscle % I have. So I will leave that be. My Hips and Bust have the same measurements, I won't write them here yet.
I don't exercise on a regular basis. I have soft tissue rheumatism, that so far I have successfully took care of on my own so as of right now I am living pain free.
I have two children ages 9 & 5 that need thier mother in the best shape she can be. I had covid twice already, and a husband that is actually broken body wise but refuses to give up, and I live in Germany.
I am a messy house wife, my mind is all over the place, I love goth and true murders and crime shows. I have two cats.
So that was my introduction.
My next entry will be my goals and what I want to achieve on a monthly basis.
