I feel like there’s something inside of me that wants to come out, but it never does, no matter how much I hit myself or yell or take deep breaths I still feel like there’s something in me just on the verge of coming out, it’s really overwhelming when I feel that. I get really anxious and I don’t whether to start screaming or crying.
