Dear Diary, I say today was a good day. I woke up before ten maybe. Then I choose non sweetened breakfast for me. It was a egg sandwich 🥪 well I had never seen this sandwich emoji before! I need to check what’s inside later.
Okay and I tried power yoga but it wasn’t for me yet. And then I had delicious Chinese bun for lunch. Then went to walk and bank while I was listening to a podcast. Buddhism one. On the way to home, I felt a little sick. I could continue to walk but I chose to rest. I think this is what I learned from my yoga poses practice. I didn’t buy anything on my walk. Oh and I briefly visited library after a while. I browsed a yoga philosophy-ish book. I thought I found a good line but forget. After I got home I played jenga with my sister. Just a once. And I was watching her doing jenga alone and also Full House. I took a nap even though I didn’t want to.
I did yoga after dinner because I noticed depressed feeling in my chest. Now I am feeling better.
