Dear Diary, I just cried my eyes out cause I woke up from a nap and I didn't have anything on and i knew I had something on before I went to sleep I look down and white shit is all over me and coming out of me so I rush and get in the shower change go to a pharmacy and get pregnancy test I come back home I do them and I'm fucking pregnant....idk who did this sad part is I didn't even wake up so now I'm pregnant with someones baby and ik it's not my boyfriends cause he's not even here so now I'm just waiting in the corner of my room and thinking...bye

So sorry you went through this. If this is something that only happened today, you could try taking that pill for after sex thats meant to prevent a pregnancy (not sure what it’s called, sorry). That said, and correct me if I’m wrong, but I though you needed to wait a while (I think about a month is reccomended) after sex for a pregnancy test to actually show positive? Taking the pill might not be the best idea if a test is showing a clear positive already, have you had sex with anyone else prior to this that might have caused the pregnancy?
