High energy always dissipates back to the stable low energy. So a man with unusual high energy is a cosmic fault. Universe hates imbalance, so it looks for ways to lower that man's energy. But no negative things will work on your opitmistic mind. So it sends towards you everything you wanted, fulfills all your aspirations hoping that once you achieve your goals, you will settle down and be more "stable" in the ways of the universe.
