Dear Diary, I hate where I work, simply because I literally do nothing all day. I get up so damn early, and I'm not a morning person, just to go to work and do nothing all day. The only good thing is that, at least I'm getting paid alot to do nothing, and I only work till two, sometimes one in the afternoon. I feel useless and I should just go home, but my boss is my uncle and I don't want to tell him anything and make him feel bad.

Every time I ask for work, he says there's no work to do. We also don't have a company website. When I get extremely bored, I practice typing or look at previous designs/jobs that were done by someone else and see if they need any thing done to them, but most of them don't need fixing.
Oke, try asking your boss for more work. They always like to hear that. If you have nothing to do, try to make a page on the company's website with design ideas. A page with finished projects pulls in more customers as well. Take initiative. I do an internship in a retirement home for people with dementia. I have recently decided to fill those boring afternoons by cleaning and organising drawers and closets full of junk. I cleaned two closets of a client and he was so happy. As an intern I don't have to do this but I do it because it gives me a good reputation, because I want to work neatly and because the well being of the clients is my first priority. Good luck. I work at a printing company, and I don't really know what my job is, but, for example, if a company wants receipt books I would be the one to design it based on an example they give or the design they have in mind.
