Recently I've been waking up with headaches and I've been sneezing a lot. I think those symptoms started on Thursday, the 7th. My nose has also felt stuffy and dry and my throat has started to get more phlegm and kind it kind of hurts after the phlegm is removed. 

I spent the entire month of November dealing with this. I don't want to have it yet again. I technically had it twice in November since there was a couple of days-week where I felt decent before feeling awful again. 

My dad isn't feeling great either. The only thing I know for sure about my dad is that he has also been sneezing a lot more lately. Other than that, I don't know his symptoms.

What the hell is this and why do we keep getting it?

I tested negative for covid twice, early November and December. My dad was also tested in early November and he was also negative. 

Please let this pass.
