Dear Diary, I want to loose weight. But when i see so much food especially fastfood or frozen food, I will turn into monster to eat that food. And when I wear my pant, it seem a little bit tight. And after that I feel like I seriously want to loose weight. But the next day I ignore all that warning alarm. Why I can't to control my eating. Just like a ghost inside my body and tell me I must eat that not healthy food. Next day lah diet.
