Dear Diary,
I got morivated to work out again after looking in the mirror. Its actually a lot different from yesterday 😂 i still cant believe this big of a difference was only in two weeks.
Whats even better is that i've been eatting ice cream and other stuff and it still looks like this.
Did three videos today of chloe ting. I only had to stop once per video. Doing the exercises got so much easier. Probabbly gonna start from day 10 of the 2 week program since i really want to finish it even tho i got a few set backs.
If you look at the picture the line in the middle is so much more defined than the old ones and i'm actually starting to get that "11" line.
Ive been able to use my old clothes from like 5 years ago and it feels great. Even my legs and arms lost a bit of weight.
