This is what i realise today, i wont ever be free to the things that chains me if i myself wont break it, i need to free myself because no one would do it for me.

Yes...true... But i think its good that we learn to rely on ourselves and self diagnose to recovery. Sometimes when we rely on others to take care of us, we forget how to do it by ourself .....
