I had the desire to find a space for my thoughts today and as such here I am. I can’t help but feel a certain tangible weight these days. I often find myself ruminating on the state of the world recently, we have become morally bankrupt, people are being treated as less than dirt on the bottom of a shoe.
People are suffering daily, persecution knows no bounds, people are robbed of their homes, freedom and their rights. I for one would like to banish this narrative that skin colour, race, sex, religion and lifestyle affects one’s value to society and this big rock we live on. Everyone out there, you are beautiful and loved. We cannot let these so called ‘world leaders’ keep us in cages. Be yourself and never apologise for doing so. Carry on.
