I’m really sorry you’re feeling this darkness right now, but please remember that even the deepest dark isn’t permanent. You’re not stuck, even if it feels overwhelming. This moment will pass. The light you’re asking for is still there, even if you can’t see it yet. Sometimes the smallest spark inside you is enough to guide you forward.
