Dear Diary, I like to watch YouTube videos which introduces how to use notebook or these kind of self help contents. 


These are sometimes about achieving goals. 


But I usually don’t have goal because I don’t have business that I do by my own and I don’t do sports. 

At my work, goal setting is required, but usually I just submit my goal and that’s it. It’s difficult enough to strive day by day. So the goals I make don’t really works as goal which I aim to achieve. 


My goal… I think it to stand on the start line. I want to have healthy daily life which I can feel lively and energetic. 

I would like to be able to go out as I want. 


Now even if I find events I am interested in, I usually don’t go because I’m scared of being exhausted and can’t come back home or I don’t like the feeling when I have to try so hard to come home. 


I’m not “very sick” but while being so exhausted I am forgetting who I am, what I like. I feel empty…almost.
