Dear Diary, today I couldn’t wake up till almost 11 am but still okay… I say it’s okay…


Because overall, I was out of my bed for hours.

I was able to stay our living room and have chat with my family…

I went to walk in the evening…

Get some abstract idea for “notebook” I want to start…

Finally tried Taichi by watching nice YouTube tutorial…

Had chat with my family after dinner and enjoyed a TV show with them…


I finally had normal cozy enjoyable weekend day out of my bed. So I guess I had 85 percent of energy today (as a person not going work tho… I am taking a month of absence from work till Nov. 20)


Talking about Taichi…. I used to go to an actual yoga class in a gym so I thought it’s sort of similar. But it’s not!


Yoga also has aspect like body weight training and stretch.  There’s standing, sitting, and lying down position. So, for newbie like me, it’s sometimes difficult to concentrate on my body itself but my mind can take away to the shape of the poses. 

However, Taichi (at least I did today) was only has standing position. It’s doesn’t feel like physical training at all. 


But I had to concentrate on the center of gravity, and the position of my hips (if it’s not too low or too high) and to make my toes and hands finish the move at the same time. 

It felt like slow dancing move at first, but once I started to try to focus on things I mentioned above…. It was way difficult. 

But the good point is that… Taichi is more easy to get started than yoga for me. “Smaller mental barrier” just standing, no body weight and stretch training feeling. 


Just one more thing… it’s about health log and journal for self CBT training…

I tried some apps because it’s way more easy to record on my phone than note books. 

But I couldn’t find perfect fit. So im thinking to start using physical notebook. 

It’s nice time to start … its still second day of the month.
