I love tea but I can’t handle caffeine
It causes anxiety and makes me physically low energy, lowers my body temperature, caffeine sucks….
I’ve never heard of decaf green tea or jasmine tea
Recently my caffeine tolerance is getting weak. So I had been avoiding coffee and tea. I love rooibos tea but sometimes I want to have usual tea like green tea, oolong tea, black tea… so I made myself those then now I am regretting that.
And I had sugary food a lot lately. That’s also no good for my anxiety and overall health. Recently I realized dessert doesn’t make me feel good like I expected before I eat. Wth so I don’t need ‘em actually…. I don’t want to have them if they don’t make me feel happy. I want to have them when I can really enjoy them like “Yaaasss this is what I wanted!!!”
Also my ducking screen time!!!! It’s like at least more than 6 hours every day. No no no this is not what I want!!! And I confess. It’s sometimes hit more than 10h. I don’t want to go back!!!
