Been 4 years since i fight my depression, and still can't figured the way out.
And lately, I'm getting tired.

depresion comes and goes in waves. The worst part is when ur depressed you know your depressed but you don't know how to stop you self from getting worse. Remember you got through this before and you'll get through it again! Check out my diary to follow my journey!
I'm not using any social media. and i stop visit the gym. it's like i can't control myself anymore.
yes gym should help lots, and compelting change your social media feed to more positive things
I would go to the gym to get my dopamine levels up.
Don’t give up! Hang in there :) life gets better, have you considered seeking therapy be it traditional or professional?
