Dear Diary, I’m working on CBT by myself. And I think I am doing it well. Yesterday I sent email to therapist to make an appointment. Her work day is mon. and thu. So I think she will gave me a reply on next Monday. 

In the next therapy session, I would like to check my CBT notes with her.
