I set a goal for this month. One of them is no sugary drinks🥤and no caffeine ☕️ Yep I know caffeine gives me negative effects like sadness
And I set my sleep schedule 22.30 to 6:30. Well, so far it gives me no change. I took 2 hours to fall asleep. Wake up time is :( I need to wake up at 6.30 on my work day but who can keep this up everyday. And I will take action for myself. I will go to therapy and to see a doctor. I had completely no period since February and i thought it is great but I read this will cause serious problems when I get older. So I will go… hope the doctor won’t do uterus check. I supposed not to have one. So I don’t think I want to activate it again :(
Well ummm I tried to focus on my goals past days but I feels difficult to to this whole month. I already slept overtime. And I love spending time with sweetened tea…bunch of cups
What to do? At least I want to cut off unconscious intakes.
