Dear Diary,

Something I've really been thinking about on my drive home, and I guess a little bit throughout my entire life is the way certain things only exist for me, something simply because of what a first person does or says. For example, the fact that a room full of candles and a bed covered in roses is romantic, like its fire and glorified grass. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but it kind of bugs me because then people have expectations set by it, and if you don't follow it, then it can be disappointing.
