Dear Diary, Another sleepless night. Staff here think i have formed a habit, but I thinks its more than that, I have been a wake at 12, 1, and now at 4:40. This is not a habit. I would love to go down stairs and have a cup of tea but the staff have been told to send encourage me to go back to bed.
