Dear Diary,

I don’t need a reason to cry or to be depressed. Sometimes it’s just a psychosomatic thing. I don’t need flashbacks to attract me. I don’t need a trigger. Sometimes i feel sad and depressed out of the blue. And as soon as i realised that there is a chain reaction of emotions and than yeah than the flashbacks and negative thoughts pop up…

All i can do is sit down and wait until i feel tired and can go to bed…sometimes i wake up feeling just "neutral" but sometimes i wake up even more depressed than i felt before going to bed🤡🥲
