it's one thing to be in love with someone who is miserable/depressed, and a WHOLE nother thing to be in love with someone SO negative constantly

Sounds rough honestly. I am kind of one of the people who is always negative. Trust me on this own, none of us wants to feel this way. Still, I think it's my fault if I don't try enough to make myself happy. And I would be equally sorry to the people around me who are also trying to get me out of the pessimism.
