Dear Diary, I set other goal to change my life in better way. Which is to have sleep pill by 23 o’clock. I tried no phone in my bed before sleep but it was not realistic for current me. Hmmm yep. Soooo… I hadn’t have pills at proper time and my sleep schedule was a mess again while I see doctor constantly and have medication! Oh! But as reflection of the new goal, it worked at least this time. Ta-da! It’s currently 7:30! I’m awake kinda
