Dear Diary, I am doing not good these days actually. I stay up late and be in the bed till 15:00. And my feeling started being heavy again. I have to fix it up again. 

I don’t know but I found out my tendency that I visit cafe alone and order a parfait when I want to some change. 

Today’s parfait is strawberry and avocado. I loved the color pallet it had. Red pink white and green. Very pretty but… I am not fan of chopped avocado in my parfait. Haha

I want to come again with my lil sis 🍓🍨🍓🌞😊

Okay I’m almost heading to home now. And have to think about new stage to be better self💪💪🌱
