Dear Diary,
I have been having a lot of issues with my daughters dad he is trying to make me out to be this horrible mom because our daughter got sick but it wasn't my fault she got sick but now he is blaming me and refusing to let me bring her home but yet says he isn't blaming me but says he doesn't want to risk her getting sick again my daughter drinks water constantly while she is with me but yet some how got dehydrated but had thrown up right before she went to her dads house and I didn't find out till almost 3am that she was in really bad shape and thankfully she is okay now but he is going against out court order and not letting her come back to me and my lawyer cant do anything about it unless I give her money to file against him which will get him in trouble because I have full conservator and he just gets weekends with her and of course police wont do anything about it because it is a civil matter and they don't get involved in civil matters unless I have it in writing from a judge saying he cant have her at all I just wish I could do something but everything I do is apparently wrong.
