Why can't I stop thinking about what we could be? Hoping you could save me from my pathetic life. I just want you to hold me love me. Everyday I think about that night and how I thought "he wouldn't like me, nothing is going to happen" " he loves her" and afterwards I couldn't believe it that you wanted me why me? No you're going to regret it.. you'll go back to her.. you'll find someone better. I'll keep you a memory and how you looked at me putting on my clothes. The lust of you I can't keep you I want to keep you. I want you to fall in love with me that you'll never think of her. And you'll forget her she'll melt away and be a candle you lit up once. That you won't ever want to smell her again. I promise I won't cry if you go back to that familiar smell. I won't  promise. I'll just keep it to myself it's better than telling you.  You're a promise I can't keep.
