Today was another day that just went by. You know one of those days that was lived without intention. I went through the motion. The Addict E did as she wanted as i didn't even take the effort to observe the temptation. I again wasted precious time on netflix.  One good thing is my husbamd is back from his trip. He keeps my life in check. I cant just let myself go when he is around. Thank god for that but i want it to be from me. Tomorrow will be a better day. I will wake up at 7 and start my day with intention. I will listen to my audiobook tom whenever i get the temptation. Everyday is another opportunity to do better.
