Dear Diary,
I'm so happy. I asked mom if i can go to a psychiatrist and she agreed. I was so scared that she will give me a lecture saying all these things are only in your head. But she didn't. She said I can go. Yay. I'll go to that Psychiatrist near my college. I booked an appointment online. I'll go there alone. I'm so nervous.
