Dear Diary,

So I regret it.. 

Yesterday on whim i decided to go for a run in evening also and turns out that it made me feel refreshed in the night while sleeping. But it felt like hell in morning.

I wasn't able to run continuously even for 2 mins. I walked then ran for 2-3 minutes and repeated this for an hour. 

The lesson I learnt from this was to not overexert my body because it needs rest too.

Though I think that I will keep going for brisk walk in evenings.

Let's see.

I am out of breath most times and it hurts while am at it but it gives so much satisfaction to me when I am done for the day.

Almost in a way makes me proud.
