Dear Diary,

I'm suffering from social anxiety since many years. It is killing me everyday 😔. I've been trying free treatments available because my parents won't give me money to go to a doctor. Today I found a good psychiatrist near my college. I thought of going there after dad gets a job and I'll pay her using my pocket money. These free treatments are not really affective. I need so much courage to go there. First I'll talk to V about it. 

I'm confused whether to tell my mom or not.
