Dear Diary,
On 22nd my flight was not able to land to my hometown due to bad weather. And the flight went back to Delhi after first landing to a nearby airport. I don't have any place to stay in Delhi and i was tired as i spent 17 hours in flight + airport that day. When my partner got to know that my flight is going back to Delhi, he travelled a total distance of 5 hours in 4 hours to meet me at the airport, booked a hotel for us beforehand, so that i could simply meet him and rest. He offered to do so himself, and I felt so lucky that i have someone like him.
There was one defence personnel on my left seat, and we started talking as soon as we heard the flgiht is not going to land. When we had landed to Delhi, the airlines had not done any arrangements till then and it was 11 pm already. And they were taking our boarding pass one by one and assigning new ticket for next day. It would have taken a lot more time as they were no lines, everyone was frustrated and wanted theirs to be done. I already was standing there for 30 mins, me being short, i didnt have a chance in getting it done in another 30 mins. But that guy took my phone and got it done when he got his chance. I felt so releaved and thanked him. And there were other moments when he helped me that day. I thanked God for this, because i would have started crying if i had to stand there for another 30 mins. 😅
