Dear diary I finished watching Squid games today because it only has 9 episodes. [dont read if you dont want to be spoiled, if you havent watch the series] The players of the game are people helpless and in debt. They consist of 465 players and only one would bring home 45.6 billion won which is equivalent to 38.1 million dollars. The contest have 6 games: red light green light, honeycomb, tug of war, marbles, glass of bridge and squid game itself. I admit that I cried when the old man admit that he knows that Gi-hun is fooling him and when ji-yeong sacrificed herself for sae-byeok. i hate sangwoo and he really got to my nerve because he is a manipulator and a liar, because of him ali died and he also slit sae-byeok's neck. at the end it was revealed that the brother of police is the front man and the main mastermind of the game is il-nam which is the old guy. i cant wait for season 2 because i want gi-hun to destroy the organization and i want to see the police alive again (there's high possibility he survived after being shot and thrown at the waters).
