Dear Diary, I woke up at 7 and tried hard to stay out of the bed. I did it. I noticed I didn’t even feel rushed when I opened my eyes this morning. Which is great. 


My doctor told me to go to bed at 11 pm. I’ve been came with mess sleep schedule for two years. University student don’t sleep by 11 pm. It’s usually 2 or 3 am. Sometimes I had struggle to sleep. And so I broke my brain 🧠 🪦


Sometimes I felt all my feelings were gone. Just empty and feeling down. It probably come back again. But not now. I will draw another medieval snail 🐌🙂
