Dear Diary, I was always hesitant about going away with my partner and her sons and thire wife's because when it comes to her family 👪  I'm always second best. I know that trying to share my feelings with her is just not going to work. I have tried to get on but when you are consience that your not liked it can be awkward. She seems to think I should do all the bridge building and it's my responsibility to get on. I can't always do that and leave me frustrated.
