Dear Diary,There is a qoute that says "Train your mind to stay calm in every situation."  That is what basically I am trying to do . even those I am stress and tired and feels like all I want is to relax sleep go out and enjoy my day and not worry about anyting.  I try to stay calm and handle what every situation I am in. It been working good so far. Specially with school work. When I face diffculty with same group Assignmnet I used to feel so strees and  anxiety which ruons  my day . But now I try to breath and be like just try your best and what ever came let be. Try what you can and relax because the more you feel anxiety the more you will harm your self mentaliy and feeling in that way  wouldnot even help you to get the work done. So breath try your best and you will be fine.😌
