Dear Diary,
When I finally got to go shopping after waiting for so long, I found so many children's books, and one was hidden in a toy. This toy creeps me out a little because the book reminds me of when I was a ghetto cowgirl at 10.
Now that I am here, I have so many ways to express myself because I got to experience recreational therapy and art therapy at the same time. I finally got my voice back. All the tools to express myself I could ever want.
But I have to leave these books for Isaac. THEY ARE JUST KIDS BOOKS BUT THEY HIT ME HARD
BECAUSE NOW I UNDERSTAND IT SO MUCH BETTER AND IT WAS ALWAYS WAS THIS SIMPLE
SELF CARE COMES FIRST
IF YOU CAN HANDLE THAT
IF YOU CAN REALLY DO THAT.
THEN YOU ARE READY FOR RELATIONSHIP CARE.
