May 26, 2020- Woke up too early

 

Dear Diary, I woke up at 1am and it's now 5:30am. Within that time span, I've been having cravings but I just drank water to calm it down. I'm going to exercise now because I need to go to the bank at 8am before it opens at 8:30am. There might be a long line but I wish there isn't one by the time I get there. And when I get home, It's eating time! hehe 😋 I already planned out my meals for today when I was having cravings haha 😂 it's a GREAT TIP for everyone! This way, you'll be able to keep in check of your daily calorie count and nutritional intake while distracting yourself from the cravings! 🥳🎉
