Dear Diary, I've gotten accustomed to waking up early and exercising for 1 hour before breaking my fast. Last week my exercise was only 40 minutes long but 3 days ago I decided to incorporate a 20-minute posture correction exercise. I noticed today that I no longer feel sore after an exercise and I noticed my leg muscles are already more defined than before. There are still no changes in my overall posture but that's expected because it's only been 3 days. Tomorrow I plan to increase the intensity and length of my exercise. It's so fulfilling to know that I can do 18 hours of fasting everyday and still be so energetic to do a daily exercise. I'm so happy that I'm still maintaining a balanced diet everyday too. Everyday I find myself being so excited to be better physically and mentally. By the end of the quarantine, I hope to see a better version of myself than before.
