1. Dear Diary, I'm finally to the point where I feel more hopeful about being able to make needed changes. At one point I couldn't see any hope at all. I realize that I have to be able to handle whatever happens and leave it in God's hands. I'm sure I will still have my ups and downs but that can't be avoided
