Screaming like a child does, off the top of your lungs helps in stressful and frustrated situations. Try it sometime. It beets bottling it all up and not knowing what will happen when you finally have had enough..

Writing helps tremendously. Thanks to this app i now have a writing tool to express my impulsive emotional behavior. Sometimes i dont make it to my phone or note book.

My views differ a little. I think venting out everything which has been bulding up within you from quite a long while can be easily and effectively done by writing down everything which affects you badly and forgetting about it. It makes you forget all of the things and gives you peace mentally even if you cant jettison your thoughts. Why to scream, if something else can make you feel better efficaciously
