I'm so tired. Every night I have heartbreaking nightmares that wake me up screaming in the middle of the night. There's no one in my life who fully understands the hell I'm going through. Bipolar disorder and PTSD have ruined my life, depriving me of the ability to make friends and lead a normal life. 💔
