Today I barely woke up, trying to do a few of my daily “to-dos” that I do every morning, and trying not to fall asleep while doing so. I’ll tell about my daily routine sometime later, so today it’s not important. So, after that painful haggard awakening, I drunk some tea with cookies and went on to finish coloring the picture of Pusheen, that we started yesterday. The picture turned out nicely, we combined it and it was really cute. It took me all morning to finish, so the next thing that happened was my therapy session. This one was focused on my issue with prioritizing things, more precisely - with enjoying my choice and not suffering from “missed opportunities”. By that I mean if I pick one game to play, I suffer because I didn’t pick another game, and we have no time for it. And if I pick second game tomorrow, I won’t have time for the third game. Well, you get the idea. So, my psychologist advised me to try planning my days ahead, and tracking what I spend my free hours on. She showed me an example of her using Google Calendar for this, and I liked the idea. I tried doing the same and so far it feels pretty cool. I dislike the idea of planning my days, BUT I like the idea of planning my days in a graphic cool way in Google Calendar) So, I planned todays’ evening (and we managed to stick to the plan for now), and I plan to plan (lol) tomorrow as well. So, that’s my story for today)
Also, according to my new plan, we are playing two new games today - I’m trying out newly bought Decktamer, and Anya is trying out my old childhood favorite game Captain Claw. In the end, I liked Decktamer, it was pretty fun, so I will keep the game and won’t refund it. As for Anya, she’s trying out Captain Claw while I’m writing this, and it doesn’t look like Anya is having too much fun - she managed to defeat the first boss, which was very hard for me back in my childhood - but it looks like she struggles a lot and dislikes the game. So, I doubt she’ll continue after the first hour of “tryouts” (we decided to try new games for 1 hour and only then make our judgement"). We’ll see what her decision will be, but yeah…
Also, the new Batman has been chosen, and it’s a rabbit I named “Slumber”!
