Dear Diary,

i had my bio classes from 7am. such a productive day that i had so far. and i really wanted to go to the gym but i couldnt as my father was ill. one of my grandparents came to pick me then.And then i had my lectures from 8-10pm. i wanted to study at least for 12-1am but couldnt focus.ended up by scrolling instagram and, watched a mindfullness video which describes about human brain, neurons. i had a late night craving to eat a noodle with fruit juice. i should stop consuming social media.
