I don't mean to be hypocritical when it comes to talking to people online. I kind of feel like a hypocrite saying how I am 18 and saying to not talk to this 18 year old guy but I just want you to be careful. I feel like dating is a whole other can of worms when it comes to online. But, you are your own person. As someone who wasn't supported through some of my decisions I will support you. just be careful.
This is just my personal opinion. Take it with a grain of salt, put it wherever you want. LEAVE BOTH. Both seem bad. The ex just seems really sus. You being 15 and him being 17 at the time. I know that doesn't seem like a big age gap but as teenagers it is. especially how you are 16 and he is 18? That is a little scary. I know it is hard to leave someone you love but I really don't think it is worth it. I understand loving someone and not wanting to leave no matter what. No matter what they have said or done. Your ex sounds really suspicious. Especially how it is online. All sorts of people are online and you never know who you will run into. Your current boyfriend sounds kind of like an asshole. If he isn't treating you right then don't stay with him, it isn't worth to stay with someone you don't like. Also I am flattered you want to be best friends lol. I guess you don't know much about me other then the train wreck happening in my life. I'm currently in college and trying to get into vet school. I am 18 which is so weird because it means I am an adult. It doesn't feel like it. I still feel like a little kid. I'm not sure if I have been clear about this but I am a girl lol. I love to draw and bird watch and listen to music. I would literally die if I didn't have music. I love playing video games. One of my favorites is Hollow Knight which I really think is underrated. I am waiting for the sequel to come out but I have been waiting forever. I am a cat person and back at home I have three. Just know I'm here for you girly. I really wish you the best.
