Eucharist & Call to Teaching....
My Call to Teaching was like the 5th Luminous Mystery - The Institution of the Holy Eucharist. Jesus Christ turned the bread & wine into His body & blood divine. In my case, the Lord turned my career from broadcasting into teaching.
In February 2010, I left my job in the government media and unexpectedly became a teacher in Fermat Academy. It was there where I was able to attend an Easter Sunday ceremony in New Life Church - my 1st time to enter a non-Catholic church. It's indeed a new life experience turning from a broadcaster into a teacher.
After 6 months (August 24, 2010), I filed a Leave of Absence in Fermat Academy and went back home to Dumarao. Soon, I again unexpectedly became a teacher in Capiz State University-Dumarao to replace an outgoing teacher there (Sir Joey Arevalo) who would transfer to DepEd. I never imagined God would make me a teacher there in CAPSU not only for months, but also for years.
